Dear Joan,

My name is Kate and I am 20 years old. I am a student at university in the UK.

I have two part time jobs and I am very tired. I also can’t sleep at night. My neighbours are very

noisy. They play loud music and have a party almost every night. I have a lot of friends but I am always

working, so I am very tired. I’m just not satisfied. I want to do many things but I have no time or money.

Please give me some advice.
